Indicative FX Rate on Pending Payouts

When an FX payout is saved for later authorisation, you can now see the indicative amount to be sent, including the estimated FX rate directly in the payout details, before the payment is authorised. This gives approvers the full picture at a glance, without needing to proceed through the authorisation flow just to check the expected foreign currency amount.

Confirmed FX Rate Now Shown on Processed Payouts

Once an FX payout has been processed, the payout details now show the actual transacted rate (the rate that was applied when the payment executed) rather than the original indicative rate. This ensures what you see in the payout details always reflects exactly what happened, giving you accurate records for reconciliation and audit.

Beneficiary Address Recommended for UK Payments

When sending a payment in GBP or to a UK account, you'll now be prompted to include the beneficiary's address details. While not mandatory, providing this information significantly reduces the risk of payment rejection by the receiving bank. This guidance appears during payout creation to help you get it right the first time.

FX Payout Amount Control

When making a payout in a foreign currency, you now have full control over how the amount is calculated. You can choose to specify either the amount you want to debit from your source account, or the exact amount you want the recipient to receive. NoFrixion handles the conversion either way. If there's a risk of double FX conversion, you'll be flagged before confirming, so there are no surprises.

International Beneficiaries with BIC/SWIFT Support

You can now add and manage international beneficiaries using BIC/SWIFT account details. This makes it easier to set up and reuse recipients for payments outside the SEPA zone, streamlining cross-border payouts directly from your Beneficiaries page.

Search Your Users Table

You can now search directly within the Users table, making it faster to find and manage team members, especially useful for organisations with larger user lists.

Source Account Now Visible on Payouts Table

A new Source Account column is available on the Payouts table, giving you a clearer view of which account each payout was sent from. The column is searchable, sortable and can be toggled on when you need it.

All Accounts View for Parent Merchants

If you manage multiple merchants under a parent account, you now have a dedicated All Accounts page as your home view. It gives you a consolidated look at all accounts across your child merchants in one place, without needing to switch between them manually. When you select an account, the platform smoothly transitions you into the relevant child merchant, so you always know exactly where you are.

Payouts with Automatic FX

You can now make payouts in currencies you don’t hold - NoFrixion automatically handles the foreign exchange.

Simply choose the amount and currency you want to send, then select the source account. The FX conversion is applied at the time of payout, so there’s no need for any manual setup or rate configuration.

All FX information is clearly displayed in both the payout list and payout details views, giving you complete visibility over every cross-currency transaction.

Merchant Notes Field

You can now leave internal notes for each merchant in the System Administration section. This field lets your team record useful context or comments that stay visible only within your organisation

New Support Widget Now Live

We’ve added a new Support Widget to the platform, giving you faster access to help when you need it.

The widget is directly linked to our Knowledge Base so you can quickly find answers to common questions without leaving the platform. 

Import and Export Roles via CSV

You can now import custom roles into NoFrixion directly from a CSV file. Simply follow our CSV format, upload your file, and the new role will be available to assign to users.

We’ve also added the ability to export existing merchant roles to CSV, making it easier to review, back up, or reuse role setups elsewhere.

This makes managing roles faster, especially for larger teams or more complex setups.

Create and Manage Custom Roles in Merchant Settings

The User Roles page in the Merchant Settings section has been enhanced to give more flexibility and control. Users with the appropriate permissions can now:

• Create bespoke roles tailored to their business needs

• Edit existing roles directly from the same page

• Assign roles immediately once created

Each role panel also includes an activity log showing who created or edited the role and when, giving you a clear audit trail for role management.

Choose Your Payment Rail for Euro Payouts

We’ve added a new Advanced Configuration section to the payout creation flow. You can now choose a specific payment rail when sending a Euro payment.

By default, the system will automatically select the appropriate rail, but if needed, you can manually choose the rail that best suits your transaction. This gives you more control over how your payments are routed.

New User Roles Page in Merchant Settings

A new User Roles page has been added to the Merchant Settings section. This page provides a clear overview of all roles available within your merchant account, along with the permissions associated with each role.

New Account Access Controls

When creating an account, you'll now be prompted to define who can access it. You can choose to:

• Keep it private to yourself, or

• Assign access based on specific roles.

Only the account creator and users with the selected roles will be able to view and manage the new account. This update ensures better control and security over account access from the start.
