The Solution
NoFrixion provided Occu with a revolutionary solution to streamline their payment collection process. By utilizing NoFrixion’s accounts receivable module and the "Pay by Bank" payment method, Occu is now able to efficiently manage the collection, identification, and reconciliation of tenants' deposits and first month’s rent. Through the creation of customised payment links, which include tenant-specific details such as name and reference number, Occu can direct payments to the appropriate account (whether for deposit or rent). These links are embedded in tenant invoices, enabling tenants to make immediate payments upon receipt.
When tenants click the link, they are directed to NoFrixion’s hosted payment page, which is branded with Occu’s identity. Using the “Pay by Bank” option, funds are transferred instantly for Revolut users or typically within the same day for other banks. Each payment is accompanied by the correct reference, ensuring seamless identification and reconciliation. This automated process allows Occu to efficiently match payment data to the correct tenant, swiftly allocate funds, and forward payments to landlords. As a result, Occu has drastically improved its internal processes and enhanced tenant satisfaction. The streamlined "Pay by Bank" process has significantly reduced late payments, ensuring tenants can move in on time. Every payment is now fully identifiable, which has greatly reduced processing and querying times for Occu’s accounts receivable and payable functions.
